Got a customer who uses a MAC and has a an HP wireless printer. Model is

HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a

She gets an error/warning that says Low Paper and it does not print. I have heard of low toner or ink but never paper. HP website is no help.

Searching Google did not produce anything for me. Anyone here ever heard of this warning and know of a fix?

Thanks

well honestly i've never seen that message, but then again most of my clients that use OSX don't have those desktop printers but network, closet size ones. ;)

i would test with another OS (if you could, that is), just to see if with a different set of drivers one could print at all or some similar message appears as well.

Dying printer would be my guess...

I bought one of those all in ones a couple of years ago now, and it poured out all kinds of errors, the best one to date was incompatible ink cartridges, the ones it came with.

Other than being sympathetic, I cannot help, sorry.

Hey I appreciate it. This printer has given trouble in the past.
