tuckeratlarge
Major differences... The Asus is a 15" touchscreen the HP 17" non The Asus is ?700 the HP ?550 The Asus is i7 and the HP is i5 - to be honest this is irrelevant, because if you are doing stuff that is very processor intensive you wouldn't buy a lappy So, big screen and ?150 or little touch screen? Nick H. Supervisor Posted May 20, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted May 20, 2014 We need more information about what you're going to be using this for. For example, the Asus has a better processor, but the HP has a larger screen with better resolution options. The HP has a larger battery, but if you're going to have it plugged in all the time then that won't matter to you. The Asus is lighter and smaller, is size an issue for you? spikey_richie 1 Share

zhangm Supervisor Posted May 20, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted May 20, 2014 If mobility is important, go for the smaller one. If not, the larger laptop is a better fit to your stated needs.
