OneNote 2013 encrypted pages - safe?

Question

Are the encrypted pages in a OneNote 2013 notebook safe to place things like credit card info?

The notebook will be on the PC, iPad, Windows Phone, and in OneDrive.

OneNote uses 3DES encryption, with 192 bit key length. We do encrypt all the content that you enter into the page, so once protected there is no way for someone to read it without knowing (or guessing) the password.

IMO it is pretty safe.

Anyone? Anyone? Nobody got an opinion or answer? Does nobody bother answering techy questions anymore? I thought this site was full of experts?

Unless of course Microsoft has a back door past the encryption.
