0 cork1958
This came up within minutes of installing the new version. I clicked the I do not care button. Waiting to see if it comes up again or not. If it does, this program will be history also.

0 spikey_richie
Everyone seems to be throwing in bloatware these days :/ It's the cnet effect. +1 for defraggler anyway. Starbuck84 1 Share

I just tried defraggler on another computer. Does the regular/full defragging always take as long as what it took?

Does the regular/full defragging always take as long as what it took? Depends on the spec of the machine and the amount of fragmentation... it's no slower than the Windows defrag IMHO. Plus you can defrag single files which is nice.
0 Top Qat
Looks like you got a dodgy download. Latest version is 4.5.4.0, look here http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag/ I just tried defraggler on another computer. Does the regular/full defragging always take as long as what it took? I stopped using Defraggler cos is was so slow, Auslogics disk defrag is much faster. I wrote to them as well about the popup. I've been using Auslogics for several years now but I won't be much longer if I'm going to be getting popup ads for 3rd party apps. 0 Top Qat
Looks like it's a one off offer that never returns once declined. In light of that, and the fact that Auslogic Disk Defrag is pretty good, I will continue using it.

In light of that, and the fact that Auslogic Disk Defrag is pretty good, I will continue using it. I never saw that pop up on any of my 7 Windows 7 machines in version 4.5.4.0 though. I haven't seen it pop up again either, so maybe I will continue using it also. Installed defraggler on 1 computer and it took freaking forever to defrag and I KNOW my computers aren't fragmented, at least according to Auslogics. ;) Thanks for the replies and Top Qat for posting that message from Auslogics.
