No - the shard is actually open for a start and it didn't take 27+ years to build.

Don't see a similarity and if this was a joke, It wasn't that funny IMO but don't feel bad OP because 99% of the time i'm not funny either ;)

I don't think there's much risk of a UKIP victory tbh. Labour are still holding the seats.
