Glenn Greenwald, the former Guardian reporter; (in)famous for helping Edward Snowden get his tidbits of NSA documents to the public, will be releasing a list of American citizens whom the NSA spied on.

 

According to RT, Greenwald says he’s set to publish his most dramatic piece yet, which will reveal those in the USA who were targeted by the NSA.

The list of americans spied upon will be on Glen's new website The Intercept. 

 

I bet once this is out you will see they aren't spying on terrorists, just political enemies and people who speak out against the establishment, corporate sponsors, and defense

I think you'll find that all of those bolded terms are synonymous (or they soon will be)
