Splatoon looks like a lot of fun!

It sure does.

That and the new Zelda game were probably the best announcements so far.

Sad that there was no mention of Starfox =(

Nintendo did great to me personally thanks to the intro video and that very nice sneak peak at the new Zelda game.

I'm still not sure when I'll get a WiiU, but it could very well be when that new Zelda game is launched.

Sony and MS need to step their game up by pitting their own executives against each other in combat!

Also when Miyamoto came on the screen to let us know that he will be talking about some new games later, the game that was on the TV looked very much like a new Starfox.

Gotta keep the hype train alive I guess haha

Starfox had better not require you to hold up the gamepad like that and use the gyros to control or it's gonna flop harder than... ET.

I doubt it will. All the Wii U games that I've played so far give you the option to use the control sticks or the gyro sensors.

Miyamoto, while being a creative genius, is also extremely weird so I'm sure that's just him being..well, him.

Did i miss it? WHAT HAPPENED?

Is there a Wii U Starfox coming? If that's the case it's settled, getting a Wii U, enough already

Like every other Wii U game :p

Man imagine if the Wii U had launched with the linaup of NSMBU, Mario World 3D, Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros U and that new Zelda. they would single handedly have owned next gen, even with their inferior last gen hardware. they would have sold enough to have third party devs lining up to give them cash to make WiiU games.

But hey, at leats I don't have any problems affording the WiiU games I want as there's so few and far between :p

I completely agree.

But its good to see them somewhat back. Their E3 presentation, as a whole, was really well done. The only thing I didn't like was how most of the games are 2015, but that's too be expected.
