Has anyone used XFS?  I've read about it, but haven't actually used it myself, so I'm curious the real-world differences.  From what I've gathered, it's more suited towards large filesystems with large files, not normal day-to-day filesystems, so I'm curious why that's the default everywhere.  But like I said, I've never used it, so maybe I'm missing something.  Is the management of it much different?
