Just now, a wimboot image has been leaked in China: Windows 8.1 With Bing X86, in CoreCountrySpecific, zh-CN:

Naturally, links are not allowed in Neowin, so if you are interested, you have to search for it in the usual places. :)

Anything user-specific about this, or is it only for OEMs?

Windows 8.1 with Bing is just Windows 8.1, but OEMs can't put junky search providers on it.

The guy extracted the install.wim from a tablet(which is in UEFI), then install it on another machine in MBR format to show that it could be done before he uploads it.

Yep, only for people who are curious "how does it look like?", they will soon loss interest. :)
