With todays shootings and heavy political environment, saying anything with your name to an account can come back and bite you. Even if you hide your personal information some how people will know it was you. With that say andthe FBI / CIA going after people with leak information. Do you think twice before posting, commenting and say anything on the web because it can come back to bite you?

Everyone really should, whether they do or not. But not because of the FBI or CIA, but because you're dealing with other people. I always go over my post several times to check for spelling and grammar, making sure that the point I'm trying to make can't be taken the wrong way.

Always think about how what you write, do or say can affect others.

Always. Never try to hurt anyone's feelings or kick them while they're down. I'm down, and wouldn't want anyone kicking me. To me it's a matter of being a troll, an #censored#-hole, or just trying to give some heart felt advice. I didn't choose obiwankenobi for a reason (well sorta, my first movie to see was return of the Jedi), but kidding aside, I know the difference between right and wrong. And I've been fortunate enough to be taught better, as well as other neowinians have too, helping me out and what not. Dozing here. Time to go to sleep. Love ya'll! (pause, not in THAT way)

Sometime I do think many times & even delete the comments before posting, and sometime not.

I usually post something humorous, unless I have a thoughtful comment to make.

I sometimes have 'leaked' classified stuff.

I do not live in fear. ;)

i tend not to think too much about it but at the same time i don't start stuff with others online like a lot of the kids do in plenty of forums and places online where they are always insulting others or attacking them. even if someone attacks me i just generally don't respond if it's just a blatant attack as if it's a slight attack i might respond with reason and if that don't work i just generally end the conversation there.

but i guess with politics topics those can get heated especially if you are talking about topics that you feel strongly about and are pretty much the polar opposite of the other person you are having the conversation with.

I've been there brother! Sometimes I'll write a big long reply to someone and then realise the whole thing is just pointless, or sometimes I'll write someone and angry rant and then decide against making a fool of myself. It's not 100% effective, but close enough :p

I think at least once. If it's an argument, often not clearly enough, though. I generally don't think very clearly, I've severe issues with that. It takes a lot for me to cool down, switch off. I'm on the edge of something most of the time; from there all other issues can be derived.

As much as I can, I try to adhere to half-proper grammar and mostly proper spelling. I don't use any tools to help with that. Rarely, a word escapes me and I look it up using Translate. It's a matter of principle to present myself that way.

Often I can roughly imagine what I want to say, but can't find exact words to do it, so I write keywords, then fill spaces, rearrange, move around words and sentences... for better or worse - I've been told I sound like Yoda. I don't really know any rules, I guess I use American English, but very often mix, match and spice things, so they sound really weird (and unclear). Even this reply took good 5 minutes before it ended up this way. And it won't end up any better, even though I'll probably "patch" this reply a few times before I'm happy with it.
