Should I use the geniune ink cartridges for my printer?

Hello.

It is time to purchase new inks since the old ones were depleted but I've been wondering to try non-genuine ink cartidges because the official ones are pricey.

I own an HP Officejet 8500a Plus all-in-one printer, it's inks cost around 74€ [that's 100$]. They are really pricyyyyy as you can see.

 

Do you use non-genuine, non-official cartidges?

If yes, do you have any issues with them?

Do you notice the quality to be worse?

Are the inks getting depleted quickly?

No, there are good generic inks.
