The Evil Overlord
Contact ebay and paypal, ebay can start fraud investigations on the seller, paypal can demand the money back, and further escalate if needed (I believe they can reimburse you, but don't quote me on that, then go through their own channels to get the money back for themselves) Police report then give you more defence as you'll have a log, tie it altogether, and the seller will be removed and your money returned, though the seller will probably just open another account Usually it doesn't even need to go that far... You're covered under UK laws :)

Nashy
Fakes are illegal. That should be enough to get a refund there. But as said in the thread, facts, lots, bombard Paypal with them.

(Account no longer active)
On eBay: - Open Purchase history - On right of item, mouse over 'More actions' and select 'Resolve a problem' - Follow instructions to file a buyer protection claim through PayPal (Instructions above for eBay AU - not sure if eBay UK layout different) I've had to do this once for a laptop I never received and got all my money back. PayPal can refund no matter what the seller does (even if they close their bank account, or never respond). It will take about a week though (although you can call PayPal any time for updates). This is why I use PayPal whenever available (just image trying to get a refund without a regulating third-party, as would have been the case with a direct bank transfer). Finally, if the price of an item is too good to be true, it most likely is. The seller most likely also took a risk because most people wouldn't note the difference (between your S5 and a genuine model). Totally fake, there is no "SM-G900" only - SM-G9006V_CHN_CHN (China)- SM-G9008V_CHN_ZM (China)- SM-G9009D_CHN_CTC (China)- SM-G900A_NA_ATT (AT&T)- SM-G900D_JPN_DCM (Japan)- SM-G900F_EUR_XX (Open Europe)- SM-G900H_EUR_XX (Open Europe)- SM-G900I_SEA_XSA (Asia)- SM-G900J_JPN_KDI (Japan)- SM-G900K_KOR_KTC (Korea)- SM-G900L_KOR_LGC (Korea)- SM-G900M_LA_VF (Vodafone)- SM-G900P_NA_SPR (Sprint)- SM-G900R4_NA_USC (US Cellular)- SM-G900S_KOR_SKC (Korea)- SM-G900T_NA_TMB (T-Mobile)- SM-G900V_NA_VZW (Verizon)- SM-G900W8_NA_BMC (BMC)Nothing should list with it abbreviated any shorter than trimming from the first _http://www.sammobile.com/2014/01/29/all-model-numbers-sm-g900-galaxy-s5-confirmed/Not to mention they're still using gorilla glass, always capacitive touchscreens, no squishing. These are all details you should included in your report to PayPal. The more thorough, the better. Show you're a pro!
