thechronic
I frequently right click the start button on the taskbar in Windows 8 now as it has links to some of the stuff originally found on the Windows 7 Start Menu. This idea may be totally unworkable but what if Microsoft allowed the user to 'left click' for the start screen and 'right click' for the more traditional start menu seen here (with the option to reassign/swap the mouse buttons)? I say this because i like both Start Screen and Start Menu and i think this gives users a choice of whether they want to work in the Modern UI or the tradional explorer UI whenever they want! Dashel
A proper 'Spotlight'/Cortana for the Desktop is all that is needed. I wouldn't want to give up the 'Power' menu just to have a live choice.
