Can't find the driver. :(

I hate my laptop :/ even though i have 3 gb ram :/ core 2 duo :/ i cant even run GTA sandanreas :/ the game starts uttering :/ and i cant even play smooth on low resolution :/ Dell sucks :/ can u imagine ? :P i cant even play NFS MOSTWANTED 2007 :/ smoothly  . 


Ok, go in to the Base System Device and Broadcom USH and copy the hardware device IDs here like you did before.  The vid drivers are installed and probably was not the initial problem you were having.  Its the drivers with the yellow icon next to them you need to address.

You asking if the drivers are installed?  What does the device manager say?

Broadcom USH driver is probably a security driver for the swipe sensor (fingerprint reader).  Base System Device is probably the SD/media card reader.

 

Go to Dell's site, support.dell.com, enter the service tag, and try the drivers for Win7 if Win8 isnt listed.

 

Taking off for a few so post results here.  Maybe someone else can help while I am gone.
