Changing resolution for a Windows 8.1 program on a 3200x1800 Display

Hi I downloaded a program for Windows (not a 8.1 store app) and The resolution on it is so tight that I have trouble reading text within the Program.  Is there a way to make this thing run at a LESSER resolution.

 

 

I am using a Samsung Ativ 9 Plus 3200 resolution laptop.

What exactly are you asking? Are you asking how to resize the application window, or are you asking how to change your current screen resolution? If the former, most applications allow you to resize the application window by repositioning the cursor to the edge of the application window, clicking the edge of the window, and then dragging the window by moving the mouse without releasing the mouse button. I assume that you already how to resize a window as it is a staple feature of almost every modern operating system, but I will include a link with details about this feature, just in case. http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001478.htm

Are you using Windows 8.1? Microsoft has provided a short tutorial to change the screen resolution in Windows 8.1. Hey THANKS for e veryones help.

I am aware on how to do the SIZING options in the above tutorial.

 

I like all of my settings i just want to change one program over to a different resolution   All other program s are perfect with the resolution.

 

i just wanted to thcange one so the FONT size was larger....not a GLOBAL windows change
