Well, I got to say I'm pretty impressed by Sony's mobile support.
I had some troubles with my Xperia ZL so I thought I'd write to the support team to get some answers. While sure they don't reply in Estonian (who would, what a waste of money..) they are fast as hell to reply and help with any questions. I'm not sure if that's the real name but who I talked to was called Patrik, he gave me very detailed instructions to get rid of my problems and it actually helped.
The biggest surprise for me was that I wrote them and almost within 10 mintues I had my first reply from them (not including the automated response) and after that in about 30 minutes my problem was solved.
Within 30 mintes, 6 respones from him.
Anyway, what's the point of this topic? Just wanted to you guys to know that I'm very happy with their support. Even for an "old" phone like the ZL.
