My old DNS is offline still too. No-ip have some other domains that still work so I switched to one of them.

Since I have a paid account, I've made alternatives 'just in case'.

For a business, one should -always- have a fall back position in case your primary routing goes down.

Why ?

 

the cloud if it's a reputable provider is far more secure and reliable than any other solution. and in most cases will have a local copy as well. 

 

 

Also no business should ever rely on a DDNS, not from No-IP or anyone.
