"Watch_Dogs has stopped working" when loading a new game

8 GB RAM
2x AMD Radeon HD 7870 XT
Windows 8.1 x64
 
I have tried:

• Dropping every available setting in-game to minimum
• Repairing the game from within Uplay
• Deleting all files < 1GB from within \Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Watch_Dogs then repairing again
• Deleting my profile from within Documents
• Disabling CrossFireX

I have the latest video drivers installed (14.6 RC).

Tried putting it in your antivirus' whitelist/temporarily disabling the antivirus?

I have the latest audio drivers installed and I don't need anti-virus software.
