Train Simulator 2014 (Railworks) help - DLC crashing game

Right brought this game on Steam, it came with few dlc's and i brought the Portsmouth to Woking one too.

That DLC works (Portsmouth) but london to Faversham, hamburg Hanover and London Ipswich all crashes after i load the game. I've looked at about 5 different websites from clearing cache to reinstalling game, nothing works!
Now few people said it's because of 32bit system or having 4gb ram or less.

But spec wise my pc isn't that bad. I'm overclocking it too but i did take off overclocking to see if was that but no joy.

Specs are Q6600 2.4GHz (Overclocked to 3.6GHz)
4GB Ram (3.01GB to windows) DDR2 800MHZ
500gb drive.
