That said, with Mavericks I found that they changed a lot of gestures from what it used to be, so I ended up installing Better Touch Tool to get certain functionalities back. Do you remember how you have enabled it? Supervisor Posted July 8, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted July 8, 2014 I don't have my macbook at the moment, so I can't check but I found this: If you enabled "tap to click" then I think by double tapping the trackpad and scrolling along you should be able to highlight text.
