Chrome lagging?

Hello! I just tried to install Hackintosh on my PC. Anyway I managed to get everything working... Sound, LAN card, USB, Graphics. So far so good! Anyway I had a small problem that I wanna ask is it only on my Hackintosh....

 

1. Using Chrome and open a video on YouTube (1080p preferred)

2. Open another window of Chrome.

3. Resize the second window of Chrome. While resizing, does the video on the first window lags really badly?

 

Anyway, I don't have the problem on Safari.... So is the Chrome problem common for everyone?

I know with my hackintosh If I use google chrome my sound gets mess up and I have to check the mute under sound and uncheck it to fix it so I use safari instead.
