Not only will ObamaCare not create 4 million jobs, the Congressional Budget Office now says it will cut the number of hours worked 2% by 2024 — which is the equivalent of losing 2.5 million full-time jobs.
That's not 'killing jobs'. That's mostly a voluntary reduction on the part of the worker, such as dropping a 3rd part time job because they're able to obtain better health benefits and don't need it.
It actually should be a good thing in the current job environment to have a little heightened competition amongst employers for labor. It's something the job market hasn't seen for a while and might help wages, too.
