Not only will ObamaCare not create 4 million jobs, the Congressional Budget Office now says it will cut the number of hours worked 2% by 2024 — which is the equivalent of losing 2.5 million full-time jobs.

That's not 'killing jobs'. That's mostly a voluntary reduction on the part of the worker, such as dropping a 3rd part time job because they're able to obtain better health benefits and don't need it.

It actually should be a good thing in the current job environment to have a little heightened competition amongst employers for labor. It's something the job market hasn't seen for a while and might help wages, too.

^ Employers should not be involved in any way with Health insurance.

That responsibility should be between the worker and Insurance company.

Insurance started out as a little perk companies used to attract employees.

Now it's become a monster choking employers.

That's why the CBO's report about 2 million equivalent job horus not being worked voluntarily is not a very bad thing. It signifies that this link is weakened.
