Hi All

Very High Data usage some reason after a hard rest of my Lumia 920 Windows 8 Phone, at&t tech support suggested the hard rest since headphone jack isn't working right lately, anyways so far used 617mb of data, whereas my cell phone data plan is only 300mbs, wifi was connected, so why isn't it using the wifi for the data?

Gonna be so much I won't even be able to afford the bill next time it comes

Antivirus on the Computer if matters any is Avast Anitivirus on Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit with Media center update 1.   Avast scans show clean, also malwarebytes as well.   If anyone can help i'd appreciate it

Where are you getting this 'Data' report from? If it's from your Phone then you should be able to tell what App is using the data?  Also, I have no idea why you giving your computer details unless you are tethering?

No Tethering at all,  I get text messages from at&t that it's over data plan, and how much used, and $20.00 added to bill each time over, total used so far 617mbs....Wifi still shows connected

Update to Windows Phone 8.1 as soon as you can, because I think Data Sense is improved dramatically in 8.1 to allow you to see exactly what's going on.

Will Update to Windows Phone 8.1 soon as can,  not using bitlocker, so could probably update now to Windows phone 8.1 via Developers preview or just wait for official release with Lumia Cyan and 8.1 at same time.
