Need a program to monitor PC data usage

I'm looking for a program that will monitor my PC's data usage. Mainly I just need it to tell me how much data each program I have running is using. I have 10 days in my billing cycle for my internet, and I just got a notification that I have passed my 400gb limit. I'm trying to rule out my pc as the culprit if possible. I would also like to minimize the data used by my pc as I do watch netflix frequently on TV's.

I would take a look at http://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/ I am fairly sure but not 100% sure it can log individual programs usage.
