I'm a dad!

Recommended Posts

Since this past thursday, July 24th at 07:01 hours local time, I'm the proud father of Luca Inderbitzin Tristan, a baby boy that came after 4 years of trying  :pacifier:. He was brought to this family via a c-section performed by a fantastic surgeon. I'm the happiest man alive!

Luca says Hello to everybody here at Neowin!

Always good to see another Neowinian in the making. ;)

Congratulations! I'm going to assume from the title of the thread that Luca is your first child? I can't speak from any experience other than what I have been told - numerous times, I might add - about how scary yet rewarding the whole experience is.

Me, I can barely look after myself. Let me sort that out first. :p

I am already a dad 3 times, with 3 different women.

Thankfully having children isn't a competition; if it was then a majority of the world would possibly be last place.

If this is the first child, it's one heck of a step in life. Who am I kidding, each child is a new challenge and experience. There's no need to one-up someone over it though. :/

Congrats, Welcome to the club (4 time member here same person, they all look the same...like village of the damned).  Make sure you get the user manual on the new baby.

Congratulations and get ready to pay overpriced diapers and formula for next three years. Try to enjoy your time with little guy though as they grow up very quick.

Congratulations.

Congrats! Enjoy being a dad and remember to hand out cigars! :D

That's right, poison the newborn with tobacco smoke and give them a poor example to follow. :x

But look at me and how I grew up!

Cigars for the (allowed) guys. Everyone else gets a Pepsi (just to stave off the coke joke.) :p

Thank you all! Watching him so small and delicate, yet so healthy and strong has been the greatest gift I could have ever recieved. The wife and I couldn't wish for anything else.

Yep, he's my first. Hopefully not the last, though. And it is indeed the scariest thing ever!

Nope, my wife picked the name after the italian translation of Luke because she loves how it sounds. And yes, that's an awesome name! Thanks.

Thanks to all.
