Microsoft Store offers Lumia 635 and Fitbit Flex bundle for $149

Another gap in the Windows Phone Store was filled this week, with the long-awaited launch of the Fitbit app for WP8.1, finally bringing support for the popular fitness-focused wearables to Microsoft's mobile OS. The app is pretty impressive too, with stylish design, slick performance and a comprehensive range of features.

Coinciding with the launch of the app, the Microsoft Store is now running a pretty sweet deal, which would be perfect for anyone who hasn't yet picked up a Fitbit and/or who wants a brand new Windows Phone, either as a secondary handset or as their main device.

As WPCentral reports, you can now pick up a Nokia Lumia 635 - the new 4G Windows Phone - off-contract, along with a Fitbit Flex for as little as $148.95. For that price, you'll get a black 635 on AT&T, along with either a black or slate Flex. If you want the 635 on T-Mobile (in white), you'll have to pay an extra $30.

The AT&T Lumia 635 ordinarily costs $99, while the T-Mo version costs around $129. Aside from its 4G support, the 635 is identical to the 3G-only Lumia 630 that we recently reviewed. The Fitbit Flex retails for $99, and lets you track your activity and calories burned, as well as monitoring your sleep cycle, while the app helps you to keep track of everything, including logging your food and drink intake, and setting personal goals to improve your health and lifestyle.

Buying this promotional bundle would save you $50 on the full price of purchasing these devices separately. The offer is available exclusively in the United States, so if you were hoping to pick up this deal elsewhere in the world, you're out of luck.
