Trying to sync with OneDrive on Windows 8.1, "Server execution failed"

When I was going to the OneDrive website, I noticed my files were out of date.

 

I went to C:\Users\Elliot, right-clicked on the OneDrive folder and clicked on Sync.

 

I then get:

 

 

Any ideas?
