Steven P. Administrators Posted August 18, 2014 Administrators Share Posted August 18, 2014 I'm noticing when looking at when threads collide, when I view the images if opens a new tab as well showing the image in the first tab. Using Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 I'm pretty sure this has to do with the limitations of the browser not supporting lightbox (javascript)? so instead of expanding the image to fill the screen area, it is opening fully in a new tab. I can't remember what happens when you actually click on an image in the desktop browser :P (it always expands to the screen size for me)
FiB3R
Yeah, viewing images on mobile could be a better experience. I think the thumbnails are too small, so you really want to click on them to see the larger version, where if they were displayed a bit bigger, you may not have/want to every time. When there are multiple images in a front page news story, not being able to cycle through the images, blows. Being able to cycle through all pictures in a forum post would be cool too, if not all the pictures in a thread.
macoman
Also the text is too small... Why not make the text able to increase its size as an option?
Brandon H Supervisor Posted August 18, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted August 18, 2014 Also the text is too small... Why not make the text able to increase its size as an option? that won't be a problem once the new theme gets released. from what timan has been saying, that was one of the things addressed in the new theme (both desktop & mobile)
