error installing defender updates

I'm getting:

 

'subinacl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

When I follow the above steps.,

 

 

 

 

I aslo tried:

cd /d c:\windows

icacls * /T /Q /C /RESET

 

but still get the same error.

Pass did you download that file from the link I posted

Yes, and installed it in Windows>System32 as per instructions.

The "'subinacl' is not recognized as an internal or external command," message you're getting indicates that the "subinacl" file isn't where it needs to be.

Hi, 

 

I am getting the same error with Subinacl. Did you solve the problem? I am running Win7 64-bit if this helps.
