Want to start a music website/app - not sure on details - Bollywood

Hi guys, I am trying to start a new website/app aimed at the Indian Bollywood market - 

 

My inspiration would be a site like this - http://gaana.com/ - that's actually a new popular site in India

 

My question is, how do you get rights to put the music on your site -

 

They have a big backing - http://gaana.com/aboutgaana

 

How does someone start a site like Spotify or this one if you are a "nobody" like me but want to put music on your site and movie trailers for example?
