They prefer mice and smaller rats. Pet stores here sell food rodents for goliath bird eaters and pet snakes; boas etc..

Yeah, but what you're not seeing, just behind the camera man, is a killer mouse, or rapid kangaroo, or a teeny spider that can kill you from 5 miles away or snakes that scare even the killer spiders...

 

And that's just the friendly wildlife!
