Me in 1980, though I'd been moving away from the Dems sonce 1972-75 when McGovern changed the party rules to disenfranchise centrist and conservative Dems. Ticket splitting since, though the national Dem leadership has now moved so far left as to be of no interest. The Dem inmates are running Arkham asylum.
And that's ok, everyone has a different view on things because that's what makes us human.
But if you're, say, a democrat and your party's candidate looks like he's going to be terrible and you feel that the other guy will be better for the country. Then you should vote for the other guy instead of just voting for the democrat because he's in your party. Or don't vote for anyone at all, but that doesn't do much here.
