Do I need to Reset my phone or not to get Cyan?

Is there any official word on this yet? there have been several saying you do & several that you shouldn't need to

 

I have a Lumia 925 United States AT&T model currently running 8.1 update 1 on the Black firmware & still haven't gotten a notification for Cyan even though it's been marked available on nokia's site for 2 weeks now

 

Is it just taking forever to cycle through the servers or do I need to reset my phone to get it?

As it stand currently you would need to downgrade to WP8 to get the cyan update. MS is working on fixing the upgrade path so this is not needed but it hasn't been done yet. so you can wait or downgrade

I downgraded from the dev to get it.

 

I never turned the dev channel back on yet, don't know if i'm that bothered about putting it back on. am happy with the new features Cyan has given me. and I can wait for the official release of the next update.
