So, it's a third person shooter with a gimmick. Looks good, but I'd much rather be watching the World Premier Gameplay demo of Alan Wake 2.

I wonder how important the TV stuff will be, because I have zero interest in watching that.

This was the highlight of the conference for me. Game looks gorgeous and the time elements look fun, hopefully they'll expand this into more abilities too.

This is one of the reasons I'm looking at getting a XB1 as well, it's down to the exclusives for both systems really as any/most multiplatform games are also coming to the PC so I plan to just play as much on the PC as I can, save money that way and try to get both systems later when more exclusives come out.

I am officially going missing once QB drops.

Thank goodness for the several weeks of Vacation time I racked up.

By the time this game comes out, I can disappear.  Already cleared it with the wife   :D  :D  :D

Not really, it's not extended bullet time, bullet time in Max payne slowed down things, didn't stop it, you also slowed down to until Max Payne 2 where you could actually speed yourself up if you played it right but it was never used this way.  In QB, as far as we've seen with this gameplay, you can only freeze time in a specific area, anything outside of that isn't frozen so you have to be smart about it in a shootout.  Second, when you "run" time isn't frozen at all, you just move so fast it seems like it, but once you stop running then time goes back to normal.

Sure there are some similarities with bullet time but even then they're still different enough and this adds more to the gameplay mechanic where bullet time was just a fancy way to help you dodge things.
