That looks a lot like Magento.  You don't really need a "developer" for something like that unless you want to do some custom work.

 

They have an Enterprise and Community Editions.  The CE is free, but little bit less on features and no support.

My girlfriend does some development, but she's new to Magento.  PM me for her information if you want something basic to start out.  I'm sure someone on here will have more experience, though.

WHOA, Is this website actually asking me to go through a CAPTCHA authorisation before I can get to the actual true content itself? I have to admit when I first tried it I thought I got the URL wrong, this website screams don't trust me and I closed the tab pretty much instantly.

 

Clients obviously want what they want but I wish them more than luck if they expect to get any decent amount of traffic through it with something like that in my face.
