Sikh Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 charters DNS has always sucked. I never use their DNS. Had to "fix" 3 peoples internet yesterday because of this year. Just changed their DNS to google and boom done. Modem showed connection was good. I wish charter would really step up their DNS infascruture cause its not that hard to serve DNS and they hurt their rep over DNS. so many people talk down about charter and suffer with ATT because their "Charter" goes down all the time.
