Here we go....SpaceX challenges Blue Origin sea platform landing patent.

Virtually everyone in aerospace believes Blue Origin (owned by Amazon's Jeff Bezos) received a patent that is obvious and not a unique innovation. Might as well try patenting the aircraft carrier or helicopter pads on ships.
