Microsoft hosting Open House event for upcoming ID@XBOX games

PAX Prime, a well-established games-centric conference being held in Seattle from August 29-September 1, is only days away, and Microsoft intends to champion their Xbox One console and upcoming titles for those in attendance yet again.  What’s unique about this PAX event compared to recent conferences -- like Gamescom in Germany, or the LA-based Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) held back in June -- is that Microsoft will be opening up parts of their campus to the PAX attendees, as well as the general public to show off what's next on Xbox in the indie games category.

On display at Microsoft’s Redmond campus will be various titles that are under development within the ID@Xbox program.  Microsoft will have at least 25 games available to demo that are due out on the Xbox One over the next 12 months under the ID@XBOX umbrella, and for those that make the trip out to get some play time in, there will also be a tour of the Xbox portions of the Microsoft campus as well as some Q&A opportunities with select Xbox team employees.  This open house event kicks off Thursday, August 28th at 6:00pm and runs until 8:30pm.
