simonlang Posted August 28, 2014 Share Posted August 28, 2014 this addonpack updates your ubuntu linux to about 75% of what i offer in my snapshot-linux distro. it will also be included in the next snapshot-linux release and is open for development of course. because of total file size and problems with implementation of a few things i had to leave some things out of this, so if you wanna enjoy 100% snapshot-linux you will still have to grab the original. it leaves you up the choice what you wanna install and what not. remember jdownloader needs some java to work with, but also afair works with open jdk just fine. again, this needs to have yad installed. yad is not default included in ubuntu i found out but of course will be in the next snapshot-linux release. in the meantime please execute: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/y-ppa-manager sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install yad then you can download the archive, exctract it wherever you want. all ./sh files should be marked as executable by default. then just run sudo ./addonpack.sh and have fun.
