Nick H. Supervisor Posted August 29, 2014 Supervisor Share Posted August 29, 2014 When does this error occur? Can you boot in to the operating system? If you can, you can use BlueScreenView to help you better understand the error message. Alternatively, you can upload the .dmp file online and someone here could take a look for you. EDIT: Having just looked through the code you provided above, the process in question seems to be chrome.exe. That would be the Google Chrome browser, I think. Does this bluescreen happen when opening Chrome, perhaps?
Storm95
The computer works perfectly fine afterwards but it keeps blue screening. Tomo
Have you installed any software recently that installs device drivers? Identifying why chrome.exe is in the bug report seems like the logical next step

Storm95
This is how many times it's crashed i have tried to fix it every time and Google chrome is only on the latest crash so i don't think it's Google chrome. http://i.imgur.com/VHVZwAw.png
#Michael
Well, after looking at that pic you posted and saw that most of the BSOD had an error code of 0x00000124 caused by the hal.dll , a google search turned up issues related to hardware failures. Do you do anything related to your hardware?
Eric Veteran Posted August 30, 2014 Veteran Share Posted August 30, 2014 Turn of the hardware acceleration in Chrome and see if they stop. That error indicates a hardware failure as Michael said, but it could be a driver or Chrome improperly accessing it. The execution was in the hardware abstraction layer/kernel when it happened. xendrome 1 Share
