Ian S. Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Some forum threads are rendering with this thicker bold font while others are rendering with the older font even after a cache clear. Also, the mainpage fonts have also gotten thicker and if this is the new font, it makes it look like Chrome did not render the fonts correctly and displayed a basic, plain font. The logo's text, which also has changed, is that an error with the image? Because it makes it look plain and non-modern with the bolder text I liked the refresh of the logo, but the typeface should have be back to the way it launched. Bolder font does not make it feel "clean" anymore. I really liked the new interface before these tweaks(?) or issues(?) Agreed, we should be looking at thinning, slimming and cutting down on things, not making them bigger! My eyes might deceive me, but it seems some of the forum fonts got reduced in size slightly too... I thought they were fine before?
