Hi,

I need to have some clarification. I need to know what the difference between a micro atx motherboard and a normal atx motherboard is? Apart from the obvious size difference. I also know the micro boards have only 2 slots for ram. Does the micro boards have any limitations on upgrading say the psu, cpu, gpu etc.

Sorry if my question sounds dumb. Just learning about hardware etc.

Thanks in advance.

Nothing much. The uATX board is just smaller, and limits the number of expansion slots, but other than that, it should still fit the same chipsets. Go to the full post
