+Tyranade Subscriber² Posted September 3, 2014 Subscriber² Share Posted September 3, 2014 So I reactivated my Netflix account and every time I try to load up the app from the Windows Store it immediately crashes I see the "Netflix" Logo and the little spinning dots and then it just crashes on me. It wasn't working because I believe the Application interfaces with Internet Explorer which is how it connects and what not so on a hunch I tried loading IE and it was TOTALLY borked, it was crashing on load for some reason, this happened after I applied the 8.1 update to an Already installed Windows 8 so I ran.... sfc /scannow in an Elevated Command Prompt which fixed Internet Explorer which fixed The Netflix App. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
