I do not want to block facebook, just the APIs that other sites use. imagine being on dial up with a 1000ms ping and all these calls needing to be resolved xD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sc302 Veteran Posted September 11, 2014 Veteran Share Posted September 11, 2014 why don't you get a real webfilter (physical or virtual) and do it that way instead of trying to manually manage it through a tedious amount of ACL's? here is an example (login with no password) http://webfilter.barracuda.com/cgi-mod/index.cgi go to the block/accept tab, click on the applications hyper link, and scroll through all of the applications it blocks.
