So all but the last two items are purchased and/or in my possession already. Couple questions, 1. your opinion on the build itself? I am looking for something a bit more future proof for future upgrading such as a M.2 drive.

2. Will this PSU be okay for a one GPU setup?

3. Is the ram and CPU cooler I am purchasing advisable?

Thank you in advance.

Hi

I always look to  the future whne I build for future upgrades, I like to plan ahead.  Power Supply is bare minimum for basic system. My choice is an Thermaltake 1050Watt ToughPower Grand, so when I upgrade my current AMD 7870 too TWO AMD R9 285  or R9 290 cards I will have enough for my system.  I also currently run 3x Sata 1.0 TB Disks, 16GB KIngston HyperX DDR3 1600 on my ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z and 8 core AMD  FX8150 watercooled cpu.

As far as the PSU being the bare minimum id wonder why after using this website to calculate needed power I was well under what this build would need. See link.

WTF does he need a 1050W? 700W is more than fine for his system. Unless he goes SLI/Xfire, it's fine.

CPU cooler is great. I have the 80i for nearly a year now, no trouble.

Thank you for your input. I appreciate it. How's the system seem overall?
