Xbox One location and language

So I was going to change the region of my Xbox to Norway now, so I could use Xbox video and music, which won't work with profile from another region...

 

But I wanted to keep the ui and all English cause I prefer it that way... apparently I can't chose Norway with English as language, I have to change to Norwegian... omg I though they dropped that nonsense again after introducing it in one of the 360 updates...

Wait, I need to have ox music snapped for it to play music... seriously, who decided that was a good decision...
