compl3x
Simple topic designed to help everyone share some cool thing they've come across that not everyone might know about. It doesn't have to be a site, it could be a utility or a resource or even just a novelty like CubeScape Google alerts, which most people probably know about, is something I use a lot. http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ is a simple way to check if a site is down - I know there are other methods, but this one is simple. OK. Your turn. The more obscure and useful or interesting the more internet points, which can be redeemed at an imaginary self-worth station, you receive. 4CxbqFxVnstmA and FiB3R 2 Share
Marshall Veteran Posted October 13, 2014 Veteran Share Posted October 13, 2014 Off the top of my head, only one comes to mind that I don't think a lot of people know about. If you want more weather information than you could every want about any locations, http://weatherspark.com/ is the place to go. :) FiB3R and +E.Worm Jimmy 2 Share

compl3x
f.lux is a good program which alter the colour temp of your monitor depending on the time of day. The only important thing to remember is to disable it if you do any colour-sensitive work. +E.Worm Jimmy and astropheed 2 Share

Ian W
The Jackson Fish Market is one website that comes to mind. It is a user experience design website founded by two former employees of the Microsoft Corporation, Hillel Cooperman and Jenny Lam. They also have an interesting blog.
