Failed to install preview build 9860 windows 10 technical preview

Hi guys, I got a problem with install preview build 9860 like this, I don't know how to resolve it. Anyone can help me please, thanks!

Can you provide more information than a screenshot? Is this an upgrade or clean install, and what hardware do you have? That message generally indicates a hardware driver failed during the installation.

Yep, this is an upgrade, not clean install. Here's my hardware information and error message...

And after that I refreshed tag preview builds and it appears "Download new preview build", not a failure of install update like before

I had the same issues and it was because I didn't have enough free space.

Same thing happened to me. I tried again and then it worked. I also think it is because of space.
