Apple HFS+ Drivers Aren't Working in Build 9860

I've installed the Windows 10 technical preview on my 2012 Macbook Pro and it runs beautifully; really snappy and responsive.

For the longest time I figured my bootcamp installer hadn't installed any HFS+ drivers for me. But I was doing some digging around and found that both  AppleHFS.sys and AppleMNT.sys were present in %systemroot%/system32/drivers/ .

Furthermore, my registry was changed as it should have been for these to start.

Anyone have any idea what sort of changes have been made in the technical preview that would cause this behavior?

Anyone ran into the same problem?
