IE11 and Group Policy

Rolling out IE11 to users who can use it.  Problem is, the proxy settings are reverting back to IE defaults. 

 

Did the GP settings change for IE11 as compared to IE8?

The easiest way to do this is with sa group policy registry entry (its a user setting though so use item level targeting if some pcs don't need a proxy or use a different address , you probably had the proxy configured in the preferences which changes for older versions
